Kapseret MP Oscar Sudi has responded to Rigathi Gachagua’s allegations that four women from Seychelles accompanied President William Ruto on his recent foreign trip.
Gachagua recently stirred public debate after claiming that President Ruto travelled abroad in what he described as the world’s most luxurious private jet.
He alleged that the aircraft costs five million per hour to operate and is equipped with lavish amenities, including a bedroom, sauna, and massage parlour staffed by four women from Seychelles.
Gachagua further accused the President of indulging in luxury while ordinary Kenyans continue to face economic hardships.
Sudi, however, dismissed the claims. In a video shared today, he challenged Gachagua’s remarks about the alleged women said to have accompanied Ruto for massage services during the trip.
According to Sudi, President Ruto has maintained a demanding work schedule since he was first elected in 1997 and rarely takes time to rest.
He rejected Gachagua’s allegations, saying the President is constantly occupied with official duties to the extent that even those around him urge him to take a break, but he does not.
Sudi questioned when Ruto would even find time to relax, insisting that the President has remained focused on work throughout the years.
He also accused Gachagua of spreading rumours and engaging in what he described as reckless and excessive talk.
